Patti Dobrowolski is Senior Partner, Chief Strategy & Creative Design at Alchemy: The Art of Transforming Business. Alchemy gives companies the tools they need to focus and achieve results. They help individuals align their work with the company’s goals to make a step every day toward realizing their company’s true potential. Alchemy also helps individuals visualize their potential through creative drawings and maps, bringing a different perspective to business. Alchemy’s Graphic Capture process stimulates participation and simplifies complicated ideas, making possibilities more meaningful and accessible to people at all levels of the organization.

For the past fifteen years, Patti’s consulting focus has been in the rapid design and the execution of strategy development and organizational training to strengthen business performance and practice with both individual contributors and senior leadership teams.

Combining her psychology and drama therapy expertise, with skills in conflict resolution and systems restructuring, Patti partners with teams at all levels of an organization to re-activate teams following critical events such as a reduction in force, new systems implementation, or product launch. Her diverse background in Fortune 500 businesses, health care and not for profit organizations allows her to aid individuals and companies in various domestic and international industries with the creation, development and implementation of new systems that create a successful and sustainable strategic plan for the future.
